“ASDA Chapter Contest” Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM IN ANY WAY.
1. Promotion Description and Timing: The ‘ASDA Chapter Contest’ ("Contest") begins on 12/1/2021 and ends on 12/29/2021. The Contest will be offered by MedPro Group Inc. ("Sponsor") by notification through Sponsor’s post on Instagram, which references these Official Rules. By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest.
2. Eligibility: The Contest is only open to an entrant who, as of the entry date, is a permanent legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who is at least eighteen (18) years old, and a matriculated student at an American Dental Association-accredited dental education program. The Contest is void outside the eligible Contest territory; and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of MedPro Group Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates (including, without limitation, Princeton Insurance Company), divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Method: On Sponsor’s Instagram post that references this Contest on @medprodental Instagram page, like Sponsor’s post and tag three classmates and your dental school in the comments of that post. A bonus entry will be given to entrants that share Sponsor’s post to their Instagram page and tag the Sponsor. All entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period.
4. Winner Determination: The winner will be randomly drawn by Sponsor. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and or email. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
5. Prize: The winner will win $1,000 for their ASDA chapter and a VIP social for their dental school with Sponsor. The monetary prize will be mailed directly to the winner’s ASDA chapter. Sponsor will Instagram direct message and or email the winner to confirm the details of the VIP social event. The prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to USA residents. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being permitted to participate in this Contest and the opportunity to win the prize offered in this Contest, each entrant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, performance, personal statements and/or biographical information in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Sponsor and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, licensees, successors and assigns.
7. Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list. All personal information submitted as part of the Contest may be shared by and between the Promotion Entities, and each of the Promotion Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies. 8. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. By entering, each entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and forever releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities and actions of any kind, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence, any intentional act or otherwise, that entrant may have or that may arise against Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the Contest. By entering, each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and their insurers against any and all damages, costs, judgments, and/or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and/or other legal fees) they may incur as a result of claims made against them in connection with either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the Contest.
9. Winner's List: To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to MedPro
